Miley Cirus caught making out with a guy on her 18th birthday!

Miley Cirus has turned into someone who i do not recognize. She was such a good girl when she had her show Hannah Montana after she got fired she has turned in to someone that i dont even know. she has changed so much sinse she left her show. I understand that she is not a little girl anymore but she is definitely not a grown women she just turned 18 and she is acting like a 20 year old. I wonder how many fans have stopped believing in her. i ask myself what does her dad think of her now, she changed so much. she is not the girl that i thought she was. i dont think is right to be acting that way in public that picture that they took of her, the one that Avan Jogia is laying down on top of her kissing her neck. that picture is definitely not appropiate. What can i say about the way she was dressed for her birthday. she was not dressed appropiately . dont get me wrong the outfit wasnt ugly but it just doesnt look right to wear that, the clothes that she was wearing, well if you can call it clothes. because she was wearing a bra it looks like a bra to me. she is sending the worng impression or maybe thats what she wants, maybe she thinks that she looks appropiate. Miley Cirus is not the person that i thought she was, she has such an amazing voice but the way she is acting now makes me think different.
