Eating disorders

Many of you may think that having problems with eating disorders is nothing. But if you really knew how fatal it can get. Eating disorders consist of 3 categories such as Anorexic Nervosa, Bulimic Nervosa and Binge eating. This three categories can be fatal. what leads to this problems? having negative feelings about your body image. Not feeling good about youself. There are people that feel depressed and they cant find a way out of their problems and they end up falling on worst problems. Ther are so many people out there who are not happy with the way that they look, but they try to do something to feel better like exercising or having a diet.

i think that there are so many people who are suffering from this and they are not getting the help that they need. Why? because they are not willing to accept that they have eating disorders. I mean who would be willing to accept it to the world. if you stop and think, your best friend can even have eating disorders and you dont even know it. Thats how personal this problem can be. There are people who dont know how to eat meaning they dont know the amount of food that they should eat. whats helathy and whats not healthy. Im gonna make a survey because i want people to see how many people would be willing to get the help that they need if they did have eating dissorders.

Music can bring back so much memories.

Music has the power to bring you back memories that you might or might not want to remember. There are songs that are stuck to every little thing that happens in your life. The other night i was listening to my ipo and i found songs from like sophomre year in high school i started to feel so sad. i wish i could go back to those times and actually take advantage of them.
Music can even bring back memories from ex boyfriends or ex girlfriends. I hate when that happens but there is always that song that you love but you cant listen to it because it brings back memories that yu really dont want to remember. While i was listening to music i noticed that i was remembering moments that made me happy and out of no where i was smiling.
i find it so weird how a song can bring back so many memoriess. Its just a song but it has so much power. I guess that the lyrics has a lot to do with this.
Music is just powerful.

I love music

who doesnt love music???? we all have different taste in music. personally, i love to listen and dance to spanish music. I love it when we have parties, and i get to be the dj. Sinse i was little i loved music, it has always been my passion. I remembered that i was like 8 and we had parties for birthdays and i dint even know how to dance but you would always see me dancing between the grown ups.Till today im the only one that dances at my house, i listen to every type of music, i dont really have any preference. i guess i love it because since i was 5, my mom put me in dancing classes for ballet, salsa, for everything and when i came to the united states it didnt stop me from loving my music. I started going to dancing classes, i participated in dancing competitions with my friends. I was always the one on creating the new moves, on showing my friends how to do every moves. We usedto get together after practice to practice more at my house. Now i barely dance, its been so long sinse i been to a party but i still listen to music like crazy everyday 24/7.

Music makes me happy even when im sad. it distracts me from being frustrated about homeworks and exams. Now that finals are coming up im going to be listening to my ipod.

Miley Cirus caught making out with a guy on her 18th birthday!

Miley Cirus has turned into someone who i do not recognize. She was such a good girl when she had her show Hannah Montana after she got fired she has turned in to someone that i dont even know. she has changed so much sinse she left her show. I understand that she is not a little girl anymore but she is definitely not a grown women she just turned 18 and she is acting like a 20 year old. I wonder how many fans have stopped believing in her. i ask myself what does her dad think of her now, she changed so much. she is not the girl that i thought she was. i dont think is right to be acting that way in public that picture that they took of her, the one that Avan Jogia is laying down on top of her kissing her neck. that picture is definitely not appropiate. What can i say about the way she was dressed for her birthday. she was not dressed appropiately . dont get me wrong the outfit wasnt ugly but it just doesnt look right to wear that, the clothes that she was wearing, well if you can call it clothes. because she was wearing a bra it looks like a bra to me. she is sending the worng impression or maybe thats what she wants, maybe she thinks that she looks appropiate. Miley Cirus is not the person that i thought she was, she has such an amazing voice but the way she is acting now makes me think different.

can music help or distract a student from studying?

While i was thinking of what to write for my blog i was listening to music. i was sitting at home while my mom was cooking and my mom said if you'll listening to music maybe you can concetrate and think about what to write. I told her sooo many times that listening to music helps me concetrate better. But she says that its the opposite. I think that there are many people that can do everything with music (like me) and there others that cant. i think that music doesnt distract students from their work, i think that it helps us to relax and actually focus on our work and forget about other things. well there are certain kind of study that we cant do with music like reading, i can read a book while listening to music but in the backgrund, there is no way that i can read a book while listening to music with headphones on. Music is just everything to me, like i said in my first blog music helps us focus on homework. I love to work on my homework while listening to music and sing along the lyrics. I think that there are many of you guys that agree with me.

Ricky Martin Says He 'Came Out' For His Kids

On november 2 the Latin singer Ricky Martin revealed all the details about his homosexuality to Oprah. He said that at first he thought that he was bisexual, but when he was dating women he did not feel right and thats when he found out he was gay. when he decided to be a father he knew that he was gay so he used a surrogate mother and had his twins Velentino and Matteo. Ricky Martin says that his kids are the reason why he came out, they were the push that he was needing to come out entirely. Ricky said that he didnt want his family to grow up in lies. He says to be the happiest man with his twins and he is hoping to look for the baby girl later on. I think that this is such a cute story. i think that he did good on waiting for the right time to come out, he was asked so many times about his sexuality preference but he never gave an accurate answer. I really admired the fact that he did not care what people were going to think, he just follow his heart and waited for the right moment. the pictures of him and his kids that have been published are so adorable, you can see it in his face that he is happy.

Have you ever seen a couple that makes you say what the hell did she see in him or the other way around? i was just talking to my friend and we were reading about Alicia Keys and her husband and she asked me the same question about them being together. I admit that she is way too pretty for him. She could have married a gorgeous guy, and have him be the daddy of her babies, but she chose Swizz Beatz. I always told my friend look for a guy who has a great personality, dont look for a guy just for his appearance. but she always does the opposite and thats why she always gets hurt. There are so many guys out there that are sexy ass heck but most of them are jerks, most of them dont even know how to treat a girl. And thosea that are cute from the inside and outside can be counted with one hand. Those girls that get guys that are good looking from the outside and inside are just lucky.Beatz might not be that attractive but he has something that makes her happy, his personality probably. he probably knows how to treat her right. Looks arent everything in a guy, she seems really happy with him and now i bet that they are happier than ever now that their baby was just born. It is a baby boy Egypt Dauode Dean.

Justin Bieber Dolls and Toys

Big news to the fans of Justin Bieber. This christmas dolls and toys of Bieber will be in stores. i think that this people are taking it a little too far this whole thing about Justin Bieber. I understand that there are many fans out there, but who would spend money on dolls or toys. My little brothers who are 4 and 5 years old love Justin Bieber but i dont think that they would ever want a doll from him. I think that that is just a waste of money, well maybe sinse he is really famous right now, he might actually sell a lot of them. I dont know what do you guys think? music is taking artists to high standards, many of them try to do as many things as possible to be known and loved by more people which is reasonable. i wonder how much money they spent on making this dolls and what they epect their outcome to be. Dont get me wtrong i loke Justin Bieber, i love his songs but i just think that the whole thing with having dolls is not of my interest. I guess this will go more for little kids, little girls that are in love with him. i wonder what kind of toys are the ones that they are making. i think that Jusstin Bieber is going to do more and more things to be known by more people. The remainder of his collection will be released in January 2011. now he is a model for Proactiv.

Lil Wayne's "I Am Not a Human Being"

Lil Wayne released his new album "I Am Not a Human Being" on the day of his birthday on September 27, 2010. The album contains 12 tracks 2 more than the others that he has released. Because of this album he is now in the top Billboard 200. as we can see, artists dont stop working on their music. New albums are always being released in order to maintain their popularity and our interest in them. Music is very important to someone who has to do everything with music , like me, and it is very important for artists to write new songs in order to maintain people like me happy. Not only is Wayne working on his music but also many other artists are working on theirs. i wonder how they feel when they released an album, i bet many of them are anxious to see if their albums become famous, or even feel scared that they wont get the outcome that they expect. An artist not only sings because they love it and they can but also to satify the people and having to worry aabout people liking or not liking their music is a big worry. Music awards is a big part of that, not winning an award is a big down for them. Is like working hard for what you want and then not getting something that you want. It is unexplainable how a song can have such an important meaaning to someone and how to someone else it can just be one more song in their ipod. I guess just like we all have different taste in food, we have it in music. I guess that is a way of expressing yourselves. The type of music that you listen to, says who you are. It has to do a lot about who you are.

music equals life why? simply because many of us just cant do anything without it. Many of us do homework, eat even use the bathroom while listening to music. Personally i do everything with music. My ipod has to always be charged. I sleep listening to music, i just feel that it is more relaxing, obviously i seep listening to a slow song not a crazy one because then there will be no point. My mom always tells me that sleeping with music is bad because then your mind doesnt get the rest that it needs but i think the opposite i think that when i sleep with music i get more sleep. talking about parties without music there will be no parties. In my blogs im going to be talking about the importance of music and why i describe music equals life. Im going to be looking for stories that demonstrates that many of us enjoy and believe that music is everything. We even see it here on campus, when walking to class you see so many students carrying their ipod or something that helps them listen to music, there it basically shows that music is a great entertainment for students. In my whole life I've had 3 ipods, the first one i had i broke it, the second one i had i lost it and it was the worst experience i ever had, i was so attached to my ipod and i lasted without one for a month i begged my mom for one and finally after a month she bought one for me. Music is everything for me, i listen to every type of music, i like everything that has to do with music. And i love to dance i guess thats why music and i are meant to be together. Many students enjoy going to clubs, well if we think about it there wouldnt be clubs if music didnt exist. I think that music is just a very important role in our lives. Im going to show you why and how it plays an important role.
